To make the festival happen each year the task of contacting and coordinating all the craft vendors, food vendors, parade members, and logistics is divided up into eight different committees. We encourage you to contact these committees if you would like to help during the festival or have questions or comments about the festival.
Crafts and Other Tents Committee
The Crafts and Other Tents Committee is responsible for all the craft, commercial and kids tents.
The 2016 Crafts and Other Tents Committee member is Lana Kelly.

The Entertainment Committee is responsible for contacting, contracting, placing and scheduling performers and activites in the Entertainment Tent as well as street entertainers for the weekend.
The 2016 Entertainment Committee members are Glen Ford and Helen Sproat.

The Food Committee is responsible for contacting, contracting, placing, and overseeing all food vendors.
The 2016 Food Committee member is Kim Peters.

The Fundraising Committee is responsible for contacting, negotiating, contracting, and collecting all monies from donors for the festival. Each tent for the festival has a main sponsor. The main sponsor for each tent is given a prime location inside the tent in which they sponsor.
The 2016 Fundraising Committee member is Shawn Walker.

The Logisitcs Committee is responsible for contacting, contracting, placing and maintaining all the festival infrastrucures. This committee does all the behind the scenes work which include electric, setup and tear down, trash, port-o-lets, security, and any other needs that may come up.
The 2016 Logistics Committee member is Gavin Peters.

The Parade Committee is responsible for contacting, contracting, placing, and overseeing all parade entrants. The 2016 parade had over 100 different entries.

The Publicity Committee is responsible for providing media outlets with news releases and articles. This commmittee will manage advertising and other ways to publicize the festival.
